Course Overview
The doctrine of eschatology is the study of “last things.” This course is a primer to eschatology. It introduces the student to the worldview and hermeneutics involved in surveying both the Old Testament and New Testament to formulate a comprehensive understanding of the end times.
The course includes a study of biblical covenants, the rapture, tribulation, the millennial reign of Christ, the resurrections, the eschatological judgments, the eternal state, and personal destiny. Furthermore, key eschatological themes are covered such as the kingdom of God, heaven, and hell. At the end of the course, the student of Scripture will be equipped to better understand God’s word.
