Course Overview
Worship. It’s why we were created. This class is essential for those who want to understand the corporate worship service and what is so often missing in most Sunday morning gatherings. The Psalms. Contrary to most modern perspectives, true worship must be built upon sound doctrine. And this principle is expressed in perhaps no better way than in the book of Psalms. Whether it’s lamenting the sinfulness of man, or extolling the attributes of God, saints of the past have found both theological clarity and spiritual refreshment in this divinely-inspired songbook for God’s people. And saints of today carry with them those same needs. In this class the student will come to a greater appreciation for the Psalms and see how God intends it to be utilized in the corporate worship setting.
