This course surveys the biblical teachings regarding Man (Anthropology), Sin (Hamartiology), Salvation (Soteriology), the Church (Ecclesiology), the Last Things (Eschatology).
The focus is on understanding key passages that relate to each doctrine. Theological issues related to each doctrine will also be considered, focusing on those issues that are particularly pertinent to the context of the Philippines. The study is aimed at enhancing comprehension of the doctrines as well as understanding the implications of these doctrines in the Christian’s walk with the Lord.
About your Instructor
Abraham Ramos is an associate professor at The Expositors Academy and a pastoral intern at Soli Deo Gloria Christian Church in the Philippines. He completed his Biblical Studies Degree with an emphasis in Bible Exposition at The Master’s University in 2013 and a Master of Divinity degree in May 2024 at the Master’s Seminary. He seeks to train and equip indigenous pastors in his local church and other churches in the Philippines.
