Doctrine Survey 1 will cover the biblical teachings regarding the God the Father (Theology Proper), Word of God (Bibliology), God the Son (Christology), God the Holy Spirit (Pneumatology), and angels and demons (Angelology). The focus is on understanding key passages that establish each doctrine. Theological issues related to each doctrine will also be considered, focusing on those issues that are particularly pertinent to the context of the Philippines. The study is aimed at establishing basic comprehension of the doctrines as well as understanding the implications of these doctrines in everyday life.
About your Instructor – Abraham Ramos
Abraham Ramos is an associate professor at The Expositors Academy and a pastoral intern at Soli Deo Gloria Christian Church in the Philippines. He completed his Biblical Studies Degree with an emphasis in Bible Exposition at The Master’s University in 2013 and a Master of Divinity degree in May 2024 at the Master’s Seminary. He seeks to train and equip indigenous pastors in his local church and other churches in the Philippines.
